OK... I saw that Richard Matthews has resigned from ESV & so is now 100% RUL as you say. There is an accumulator & a new insto on board but the last public info release (Dec 1/2) was the third 6 monthly loss. They are at least now cash positive after last year's raising.
The last investor presso had (as Onyx said) "plenty of drawings & graphs" but no real news that I saw.
It's been 4 years since they were anywhere near $1 so I guess we just wait for news.
