ENG is improving. Possibly on track for it's maiden profit in 2010. However, the VOIP sector overall is very flat with little or no investor interest in ENG or it's peers of which MNF is it's nearest rival.

ENG Share Consolidation coming up on 1st Dec. A whopping 50 shares to be bundled up into 1.

If Seven as a majority shareholder move to aquire the entire company then the shares go down to suit them otherwise they should by all accounts hold present levels or improve from this point on if the company financials are anything to go on.

It is hard to determine the effect of the 50:1 share cosolidation although I feel it is generally easier for a stock to fall rather than rise post share consolidation.
