Just keeping to the basics. We have a huge mine with some higher quality ore. Long transport to markets by ship and maybe Europe closer? Decades of revenue available. Set up is expensive and time consuming and in an unstable but cheap country? Is the current deal being thrashed out for for Chinese workers to work there maybe? or cheap African labour? Can the Govt afford the railway/port if thats what was was agreed apon? Will the Chinese move in and build everything in exchange for concessions
