There was an article in the Wall Street Journal on the 3rd Nov indicating that CTX was going to buy Exxon's share of Gladston Feul Refinery. See link below

What's funny is that CTX has not come out with any public announcement re the above speculation now that its in the open market.
Also, why hasn't the ASX questioned CTX on its price movement to 13.40 the other day?
