Personally I'm satisfied with the CAPEX numbers but had hoped that OPEX would be about 10/lb cheaper. What happened to the mooted benefits of floatation leaching? I can understand they are being conservative but it would have been nice for them include some reduction to OPEX due to floatation leaching. They wouldn't be endlessly testing/refining it otherwise! Would be nice to have a more Uranium savvy take - where is Tibbs when you need him?
