Yes, that is the card.
I'm in SA and get discount on car rego, electricty, water rates, emergency services levy, most prescriptions are very cheap, and xrays etc are usually free.
also most doctors usually bulk bill here with that card.
So hopefully having this with take some of the pressure off.
