Yep they have until August to publish then there are no changes allowed.
I think it will be tight as Phase 2 doesn't complete until July 2017 then Patent Lawyers need to be involved to ensure documentation is correctly files and written.
Now they are supposed to be building Pilot Plant in CY 2017 so I wonder where the financing is coming from without a DFS or PFS just an engineering study or has that magically morphed into a PFS.
If so LIT will be 12 months behind LPD
