    @Able 77. The SiLeach provisional Australian patent was allowed to lapse when an international patent was applied for. You don't need both. That should be obvious.

    The international SiLeach patent application “Process for extracting and recovering lithium values from lithium bearing materials” was lodged in Feb 2017 under the Patent Cooperation Treaty. It has been allocated application number PCT/AU2017/050104 by the PCT Receiving Office and is entitled to claim a priority date of 9 February 2016.(note year) It can readliy be found on the PCT database. (already quoted on HC) Note there are no details about the process because they would not be protected until the patent is granted.

    LMax has only an Australian patent (Check with AUSPAT), ie it isonly protected in Australia. Note most Australian micas are found in WA for which LIT has the sole LMax licence
