Probably a moral one too but there still needs to be a financial loss created from it that you are suing a company for - lower SP may not cover that.
SF, we all invested in a spec company (albeit a bit more advanced down the line). Not sure what some people expected at this early stage.
I'm still in the game so have not lost anything other than my portfolio being (currently) a bit devalued.. As I know that MXC is grossly undervalued, it does not concern me.
Probably a moral one too but there still needs to be a financial...
