That's all well and good learner but you make the assumption that the board are neither business newbies or suffer from commercial naivety. Based on the VC and CG deals I can only conclude that in your opinion these deals and the rhetoric they espouse have been set up solely to mislead the investing public. Further, they have no interest in increasing the value of their own holdings which are not insubstantial, but exist only to draw absurd salaries in relation to current income.

In the end, if this all comes to light under an investigation, regarding corporate behaviour, I can't see that someone like Ross walker would want to be publicly exposed given his high standing in the medical community. He's about my only hope atm that the board are in it for the right reasons.
