Deutsche Bank recently advised clients to sell commodities, saying prices would collapse as the economic downturn kicks in. They forecast US$650 for the gold price.
My NPV for LGL at that price is $1.22. I have reduced my holdings and moved into nxs which is valued by Strachan at $3 with an upside to $6.
I am actually getting tired and exhuasted by the complexity of having to make serious decisions in a market determined to move down.
I am still long on LGL and hope to see it at $4 plus.
