My manners have been highly improved and streamlined since those days.
Interesting point you raised regarding Bayer but i think its not about whether Bayer could buy out TDX for 2 million but rather the legal aspects of opting out of a contract and the length involved. This was pointed out by previous posters so i think this is where its at.
In any case if Bayer wanted to take over TDX they could not even be a chance at 2 million as noone would drop thgeir stock at that price to Bayer i would suspect.Bayer would have to pay many many times the value of the current levels.
But more about me, i am trying to get on to this baby cheap somehow but alas i have left my wait too long it would appear lol.
