The main expense now is the on going lease for the office until the contract ends.
Obviously Jenny is more relax now that she got out scott free with a nice 7 figure redundancy package. Don't forget we are still paying her $8000 a week until end Feb.
In any case, it's not a business if there is no staff, no direction, no project, no income and no office. As long as Bayer is not claiming compensation from TDX, we should be happy.
The shell may worth $2million and maybe TDX can do a WHN.
