I dont think we should assume that the ruby leases are fantastic. The truth is no one knows what exactly in the ground. We have had no solid proof that the stones were great - certainly hardly anything decent has been dug up and sold date has it. I think they have done some tests lately that confirm that the ground was less than they'd hoped for - and sold up, basing the sales pitch on possibility whilst they still could. Fura owns other leases in the area- so they're the logical people to take it up.
