eagle - as I have pointed out before, the Labor party, like your good self - used this tactic of NIMBY when Howard attempted to initiate a mature discussion on the use of nuclear power in Australia. We need to get away from this simplistic approach but I fear that we never will.
towie - the new rules are that you receive one day suspension for every post over the new 12 per day limit.
That said - I think michaelirish had been treated very harshly for his minor trangression of the new rules today - let's face it, 32 posts in one (part) day is reasonably close to 12, isn't it?
