GGE There is a strong sell side that is not moving,
It took a month recently to sell 5 Mil @ .003 in dribs and drabs.
ATM .003 is available but not being bought. At the same time .002 is not being dumped.
So , one might think it's a "Wait and See" lock in.
What have we in the pipeline that is going to start a run ?
Desiree, WK are overdue . If the News is good a lot of those early Sells will no doubt get pulled and it's "Devil take the hindmost" to where .007 would be be a "Bail Out" figure , not a "Buy"
Then there are the Ops to consider .
All in all it looks like an inforced "Sit Tight and shut up " brought on by a News blackout , Unitization and lack of the release of a PLAN.
The QTRLY ??? This is the decider IMHO .
