All in all it looks like an inforced "Sit Tight and shut up " brought on by a News blackout , Unitization and lack of the release of a PLAN.
If that is what brought on the Sit Tight ?
It's been niggling me for a while.
No News No Plan No Sp Movement No way out except a .002 Dump or a Bottom drawer Job and a Mogodon or two.
Plus the Ann last week that never appeared.
And all that potential .WTF?
QRTLY could be Enlightning .
