Hanglong made that similar bid for BMN a week before the SDL announcement, BMN have not even heard from Hanglong since then (well shareholders haven't heard anything), i think it that case Hanglong gave till 30th September to do its Due diligence and so forth, so maybe nothing will happen from Hanglongs end until after that.
