I think most investors prefer all resource estimation and studies to be completed externally.
Investors generally trust work completed by reputable external firms more so than work completed internally by smaller companies.

As for project development let's not forget the recent appointments.

This company is no longer just an explorer. The focus has shifted to exploration and development.
