Its always hard to decide when to cut losses. Often its done just before the damn thing reverses trend ( as happened to me and IRI argh) or whether the downward slide is terminal. For that you need to look at the fundamentals. I still think NCA will slide into oblivion within 2 years, but with a certainty factor of only about 75% so may be worth taking the risk if you like living on the edge.
