yes, I believe when Mark said non dilutive, he's saying what you've spelt out - our shares will not be diluted. Of course, we logically assume this is a partnership or license sale to raise funds, and in doing so our future profit is diluted. However in this case Mark is talking about our current shares being non dilutive.
