    whilst I have not been invested for 9 yrs, I have noted prior posts comments/opinions on BOD members regards prior communications and I think it appropriate again to note that I would think it unlikely that a chairperson of CGs stature and history would not be completely above board in all required disclosures and communications in this company given her prior company roles .....
