Technically they can't hold any information but there can be ways around as they can say potential other info linked to the news was on waiting or something like that. As long as there is no inside trading . They get away ...I mean who is questioning them if the news have come or no or why did it take that long to announce ..They would just say we were working on putting it together....again there are ways around..
In the mean time ...so much potential and not holding 20c..lol
