I have no issue with ANP conducting a small CR, but at the same time stating that negotiations with potential partners are at a late stage and to be signed in the upcoming months, also explaining why this "bridge CR" is needed...that's professional.

But should they simply conduct a CR with the usual promises and fairy tales, without any explanation on why there is no progress on partnering with these type of results, then management have clearly not lived up to the expectation of the market.

The near future will be crucial and a test for management on the competence of implementing a business strategy.
