Ok so how does this scenario sound
Have been looking at the numbers and have always maintained the price has both been propped and capped and the magic number is 20c IMHO
So here goes
And what a deal this would be for a pharma and us as shareholders
So we are entitled to issue script to the tune of 25% of the company approx a 140,000,000 share issue
What if a major pharma were to come on board as a major cornerstone investor to the tune of 20% of the company
Figures would look like this approx
20% of the Co to pharma approx 133,000,000
This done @ the magic numery of 20c
Would amount to a contribution of $26.6 mil
So no complaint from me there
So this would benefit all around
Pharma benefit Pharma would be reducing risk as they would have value in the issue so something for their cash
But not fully committed as Roche did with sarepta which as we all know ended badly
Pharma would have a 20% holding which would sit them in a good place for potential take over down the track, should the trial be successful
If the Name is a biggy then that pharma i believe you could safely say would more or less double their investment overnight or should i day once we came out of the trading halt Ann
Shareholder BenefitWell for starters i believe we would hit that 48c prediction instantaneously should the title of the pharma match the expectation here
Plus we would have no worries about sophs playing lose stock that 133mil holding by the pharma would be safely tucked away and held onto for future take over material
Your future investment would be solid knowing that should the trial be successful we would be supported to market or taken out by the pharma on our register
It could also benefit by attractimg other big names wanting a slice of the pie knowing one of its competitors was onboard but not yet fully committed to a full blow partnership
As always just IMHO and chucking ideas around whilst we wait
One thing for sure 20c is the magic number
