Thanks for sharing… what is potentially very valid and interesting is from the 33 minute mark they have a number of diagrams that highlighted CD4 and CD8 in the innate immune response.
He goes on to highlight that blocking steps 5 and 6, with 5 being the CD4 T cells, before the gene therapy process, that this alleviates the acute inflammatory reaction that is caused by the micro dystrophin and AAV process.
I would like to know what your thoughts , or anyone else’s, are on this process if possible?
