Agree that $500M up front seems a little optimistic.
I suspect that sort of figure might be possible with a back-ended deal, though?
e.g. $100M up front, a bunch of milestone payments taking it closer to that figure, then (say) 10% ongoing royalty from sales to shoot past it.
Who knows though. The data is pretty spectacular, they appear to need us and we're potentially one trial away from commercialisation in the EU.
