I'm with you on Sarepta's possible partnering interest...and the 'coincidence' of their CR.
However - as for timing of their SPP...it doesn't really matter as they have enough cash to execute the transaction now.
The only consideration may be timing of an 'investor conference call' by Sarepta...
Sarepta may want to disclose their intention to US fund managers during the conference call.
