'he' can't know anything about the tribunal...'he' also cn't be privvy to any inside knowlege - if he is it is blatantly TOO obvious and even asic couldn't NOT follow up on it if something comes at us out of left field...maybe I'm naive but I like to think 'he' is seeing too many other trading opportunities and simply needs the coin...

for me, I see REWARD in holding rwd as the spikes that will occur with the low lquidity are better value than many smaller % trades with a decent win/loss ratio...this IS a good prospect...

having said that we do seem to be suckers for patience sake on this one....
