    Do they really want the production licences or not?
    Where is the money from the oil sales going from the domestic market?
    It should NOT generally take this long..
    Could they just be pocketing the difference? I question it..

    On the other hand I really like this company`s acreage I just wish they could get there act together and become more clear to the market...I continue to hold nevertheless
