The same thing that was being done with Bougainville Copper - ie, forcing down the sp in order to accumulate cheaply before the boom, is in my opinion, occurring with XBL.
All that investors have to do is sit on their hands until the AGM.
A vote to float Polynovo and distribute XBL's ownership in it to shareholders is worth a hell of a lot more than the laughable sums that XBL is currently trading at.
