They clearly deferred the demerger and IPO of Polynovo until quarter 1 of 2008 but I see no evidence of any decision not to proceed. (Ref their AGM Presentation of 30 Nov.)
My guess - let me stress the word 'GUESS' - is that with better news on the way it would be foolish to cast off into a stormy subprime sea and realise a lower value at the IPO.
If WORSE news was expected then it would be better to float right away - like that creep who sold off his RAMS shares, before the subprime EBOLA hit, to an unsuspecting public - who showered him with diamonds in return for for his disease.
