SUN is not an isolated case, there will be more falls until all the banks show how much damage has been created by the sub prime fiasco, of which they are ALL a party to. All of the financial institutions have to accept some of the blame, because they all follow each others leads. Lemmings.
There will be more to come. My crystal ball says another 500+ pts in the all ords, which is about 10%, and then things will start to sort themselves out. When? don't know.
However there is one thing that is certain and that is after every drop there is a rise, the same as after every drought, there is a flood. Nature of the beast.
On an historical basis the All Ords should have been about 5800pts at the end of 2007,should be circa 6300 at the end of 2008 and circa 6800 by the end of 2009. Will it happen?
