Following from my post yesterday I am still disappointed this morning . Thinking they don't need a CR they just need to produce 680k oz or a lesser amount if they can work out how to get the lead produced as well.

I don't think they are working efficiently and the usually stems from lack of knowledge or courage or both. The current leaders don't seem to have the experience and generally that can mean that they only people in their middle managed team that may not also have the extended experience required for this company at the moment .

Can't some please tell me who has such skills in the CCU at the moment.
