BTKW,it sounded right when they offloaded the Tipton West coal seam gas tenements to Shell, for the $420million approx from memory, and in hindsight it still sounds right. So it may well turn out to be a sound prudent move to offload or farm out these shale-gas/conventional-gas assets.
Some of the Tipton West millions was spent on Egyptian tenements and underperforming Egyptian production wells.
I didn't like Egypt as an option then on a risk:reward basis and still don't; so maybe now would be an appropriate time to exit Egypt and concentrate those funds and this current bounty on developing all Beach Aust. tenements and East Africa.
