Agree with diersel re announcement by end of october, also mau1wurf indicated results must be due.

we have been told on a number of occasions that the trail was to start in September 10. Announcements made on
1. 28 April 10 Cost $1.3 million due to commence Sept 10
2. 11 June 10 No change to start date of Sept 10
3. 5 July 10 Presentation at 2010 conference states Phase III trial scheduled to commence Sept 2010
4. on 2 August 10 in the Company Presentation Phase III confirmatory trial starting early 4th quarter-(HINT OF DELAY PERHAPS)
5. then we have the Chairman in his annual report address stating Phase III trial to start in October 10

Why a further delay from September to October with no announcement to update shareholders/market. Tried to ring Dermy but appears he is not taking calls today.

Did i see where someone mentioned that results not due until March next year- trust you are not correct- results should be to hand over the next 10 to 14 days i would have thought.

Anyone else spoken to the Company regarding the delays?
