No...nothing so boring as north korea or iran.

The word is apparently they saw that internet thing going around where you could buy a piece of the moon for $19.95 (thats US dollars in case it matters)...apparently they sent those guys a few mill and now own 50% of the moon...and are going to develop a geological database over it. They also expect there are massive quantities of oil on the moon, since their 'geological modelling' tells them that the moon used to be totally covered by a tropical rainforest billions of years ago.
