I also note that Blackrock was also buying around 5% last year, Goldmans and Blackrock were also major shareholders in DJ's before the takeover, and there was media speculation that they could work together on DJ's with Sol Lew if required:

All speculation at this stage, but let's face it what else would Sol spend his cash on, bhp shares? I doubt it. I believe that he would love to get his hands on a MYR with it's SP in the doldrums after being voted off the Coles MYER board in 2002. The Country Road - Woolworths - DJ's transaction proved he has patience (he waited 17 years!!) to get his revenge.
