2. The Board has suspended the release of the Half-Year 2023 Report to shareholders with no explanation, WHY?;
3. No Third Quarter report (Q3), now due, when will the Board release this report to shareholders?
4. The alleged termination of a mine manager at the Co-O mine on 15 February 2023, Why hasn't this been disclosed to shareholders?
5. The alleged replacement of a mine manager with a Philippine ex-Police Officer, is this a competent decision?
6. The alleged non-payment of royalties, why wasn't this paid?
7. Who controls the cash?
8. Is something amiss inside X64?
9. Shareholders demand full disclosure by the Board?
10. What has the Director discovered to suddenly resign from the Board?
There is mounting pressure on the Board to explain to shareholders what is going on with their capital investment;
