I agree with you deepvalue76,
Is this an Aust. Stock Exchange Regulator "Enforced" Official Suspension under the Listing Rules?
Being for the following reasons as follows:
1. the word "VOLUNTARY" is now absent; WHY?
2. it is an open ended suspension, as no end date has been announced for the next update; WHY?
3. as stated in my recent post, the wording to the effect of: "...is there any reason why the extension (to the suspension) should not be granted..."; indicating the decision is now no longer at the control of the company.
Refer to Listing Rules Chapter 17: Trading halts, suspension, removal: 17.1; 17.2; 17.3; 17.5,
And yet again...
Does this again go to the very core of transparency issues regarding the Boards continuous disclosure obligations to the shareholders under the listing rules?
Is X64 now under "enforced" suspension?
I encourage posters to please pass respectful comments on this as a matter of importance.
