So, what's the information that cannot be verified by the Auditors as True & Correct and has caused the Board to suspend the release of the HY23 report?

The Board needs to disclose this information to Shareholders. Shareholders (the business owners) need to know why their report has been suspended.

Didn't the Board do a site visit well before the HY23 saying all is well? So what changed?

And, an experienced Director resigns... Hmmmmm..
