Will wait to see what the announcement is.. Whether it is an asset sale to extinguishing debt, leaving cash in hand and with a minority interst in a producing asset, or the completely different story that you predict.
Looking into your posting history and your disclosure that you don't own AED, gives more of insight into your motives for downramping the stock.
