the jv announcement was factored in for december and steve worked the holidays.he did put himself on the line.but negotiations are never a sure thing no matter how confidant WHN was about the prospects.
i stated before that the MD is learning as the front man and will no doubt be more flexible rather than confident.

how many calls and emails arrive every week one wonders.i agree that there are always personalised interpretations of the WHN announcements.you cannot please all the people.

the tennor of your narrative was that holding such a large investment /gamble oppies,placed pressure and concern which has eventuated in the call to the company.RISK was the provocatuer that compelled your need for clarification.
but you took the risk on the day of purchase same as everyone else [ i still hold oppies ] this is a speculative play [ gamble ].i too had plans for the return with the december announcement that never was.
