I don't think you would get a place in either "Nam" or "Armahole" for $250K and if you did they would require a lot of work.

Why not look at a unit in Mount Lawley or Crawley. You could even jag one around Claremont. It will be old, good rent return. Having said that I have never owned a unit.

I think you are limited across the board though for $250K so you may have to settle on a unit.

Plus to buy in "Nam" you must have a mullet and an ACDC tattoo.
