Deception Bay is a good investment area for that money in fact you can go all through that area up to Caboolture and get good returns. That value property will bring in at least $300 /wk

As suggested there are good parts and very bad parts being a low priced area as such you have to take care, but CGs will occour as Brisbane expands

But I have to ask why you would choose two areas thousands of KMs apart, do you live near one of them?
