For me the more important question is "WHEN" to buy an investment property!
I, for one, wouldn't be buying when prices are at record highs and interest rates are at record lows.
You have to ask yourself if we're at the top of a property price cycle at the same time we're at the bottom of an interest rate cycle what's likely to eventuate?
