" When " is indeed the question .

I'm not sure about the record prices ? Property values have been traveling sideways ( maybe a little bit down ? ) since around 2010 . Sydney appears to be picking up slightly although it's probably still too early to tell imo .

I'm waiting to see a few things over the next year .

1. The Spring real estate market data .

2. The outcome of the election .

3. Whether unemployment goes to the predicted 6.5% .

Much closer to the bottom of the cycle if not already there I think .
