Houses close to agricultural/farming centres. Think dairy / livestock areas. E.g. Rural Victoria.
livestock farming / Agribusiness will grow substantially over the next 30 years imo as Asia's appetite expands exponentially as they grow wealthier. (particularly dairy & red meat)
agribusiness will need Aussies to move away from city centres to supplement their pool of workers.
Either that or the government will fly them in from o/s.
