labrador, isnt a bad suburb..i have a friend that lives there...make sure when you buy up there it is near the water, beacause if you want to sell later on down the track it will make it a lot easier, as there is always a glut of properties..oldies dying..etc..also try southport, if you are looking up that end of the coast..but remember one most important thing...postion..postion..postion..
