I would keep your powder dry,if events unfold as I see it there will be bargains galore over the next two years,possibly a repeat of 1974/75,one of the best property buying opportunities ever.If you look around you will see the rental market is softening which preceeds the fall in real estate prices.The job market will be the guide to real estate buys,job security will keep the market steady.I always regret selling out of Sydney;consider renting your unit and renting in Qld.
